Danny is awesome. Very responsive and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant process working with him. Highly recommended.
Bad customer service and follow-up! I started an application with them, and they never followed through with me, just left me hanging with no response. Apparently, if you don't have a bunch of money, you aren't worth their time. If you don't have any potential for them to make a sale or approve you for a loan, then don't bother. They will just continue to ignore you, and not email you back or answer any questions. I think it's sad that customer treatment and quality of service are based on how much money they have in the ban... read more
