By far the worse customer service I have ever delt with. Tried to refinance last year and it took 6 months and wanting to pull credit again due to how long it took THEM. Now we been trying to contact them for over 4 months and I have heard I will send an email to supervisor over 20 Times and they will call within 3 days. Never once have I gotten a call or email. They can not ever direct you to who you need to speak with and I feel bad being rude to the poor customer service girls when it's not their problems. They need to ac... read more
