WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Our company has been in business for 18 years and Caliber is the worst carrier we've experienced to date as it relates to importing goods into Canada. We had a load scheduled to arrive on a Friday before end of day and Caliber had mechanical issues so then they guaranteed delivery for 8am next business day. 8am came & went and then they told us more mechanical issues. This company is very unorganized. Their drivers are always late and trailers are dirty. Sometimes they don't have any trailers available. How do you run a company like this. They should also get drivers that speak english.
