Had an awesome experience at Cali Kind Clothing today, just outside Cotati. Was looking for some tie dyed accessories for our Plan Bee Kinetic team’s costumes. Found exactly what we needed, but also discovered that this company is family owned, and they do ALL THEIR OWN TIE DYE. The import the rayon and cotton fabric, wash it, cut it and sew it (except for tshirts which come pretty-made), and do all the amazing tie dye. My boyfriends favorite place to treat himself whenever he has a little extra money to spend. I've bought about 6 tapestries from here and I still have all of them very good quality! And my boyfriend has bought 4 shirts and he has all of them still! I will add if you want the colors to stay bright as the day you got the item use COLOR SAFE bleach! I just started and it brought them back to life! I use the RIT brand
I love this place! We bought clothing here on a family trip in the nineties...and we still have the shirts and they still look great...the best tye dye ever sold! And the lady who was there went to school with my Mom in Redwood City in the 70s! All in all a great spot to stop and ship and purchase quality clothing.
