No profesional communication with client unless it benefits the firm. I never get a clear answer and the firm always back peddles when I need the truth. Good people but from my experience I get pushed around as I never was involved in a serious accident and now I'm working a job that pain from slipped discs don't go away. I expected more but now I have to deal with this and that shadows should come to light. Good luck to future clients that hire this firm.
