We hired Tracy to represent us in an EPC hearing 2/27/25. We didn't get to meet with her until the hearing and she said there was nothing she could fight that day and we needed to extend the EPC order until we could fight it. She allowed the father's attorney to put that visitation would be optional and told us we had no choice because of the EPC. Then she told me wife she understood if she let her go the next day. This has got to be the worst representation of what an attorney is that I have ever been exposed to in my 64 years. First, she took $200 and was supposed to handle a silly communicating threat charge against me. When the court date rolled around I was on live support in the Caramont Medical Center in Gastonia. I was placed under hospice care and 3 Gastonia detectives sent to my home to serve the warrant that she had not taken care of.
