My wife and I met with Tracy Calhoun and immediately felt we were in good hands. I was charged with six false charges. At first I tried to defend myself, I'm not an attorney. We hired Tracy to represent us in an EPC hearing 2/27/25. We didn't get to meet with her until the hearing and she said there was nothing she could fight that day and we needed to extend the EPC order until we could fight it. She allowed the father's attorney to put that visitation would be optional and told us we had no choice because of the EPC. Then she told me wife she understood if she let her go the next day. Take my advice and do your research!!!! Edit: 8/23/2025 I finally made it to court with my new attorney and got full custody of my son reinstated. True testimony of picking the right attorney that is going to fight for you! Tracy is the true definition of knock someone while their down. I found myself in need of a divorce/custody attorney. I consulted and hired Tracy. She informed me of what the retainer fee would cost and of course I paid. She then charged me an obscene amount unnecessary fees on top of the initial cost.... read more
This has got to be the worst representation of what an attorney is that I have ever been exposed to in my 64 years. First, she took $200 and was supposed to handle a silly communicating threat charge against me. When the court date rolled around I was on live support in the Caramont Medical Center in Gastonia. I was placed under hospice care and 3 Gastonia detectives sent to my home to serve the warrant that she had not taken care of.
