This lady is outrageous. When my niece went in today to tag her car with the title, her ID and the paperwork from her lienholder and because the car isn't running and wasn't outside they refused to sell her the tag. I've literally never heard of such a thing in my 36 years of owning a car. She told her that she would need a sheriff to fill out paperwork to verify but didn't give her the paperwork for the sheriff's so here we sit. Having wasted all day, the sheriff's time and so much energy. Learn your job.
