I don't get to have day pass on the same day, which transit office opens at 10am, which means it is half day pass not day pass.
If I could give 0 stars, I would Today, I experienced completely unacceptable behavior from a staff member at the Center Street location. I fully understand and respect the rules prohibiting entry with scooters, bikes, etc. However, there is no safe place to leave them outside, and the area is known for having a high concentration of dangerous individuals.
