Terrible I am an amputee. Apparently because my original application was only “temporary” because I applied from the hospital. Access claims to have sent me a renewal form but it was not received by me. They did not receive the form back and FAILED to follow up as to why. I have been able to get rides from Family and Friends so Access was my backup. Now I have no backup and I cannot get to an Important appointment. I had a driver accuse me of taking his picture and sometimes you get drivers that are rude not professional and not very helpful and sometimes you get good drivers
So bad services especially express route # 62 always not on time
