So bad services especially express route # 62 always not on time
At 69 station, most time there are two train there all to downtown, but there is no sign to show which train will leave earlier. This is not organized, I got into the later train and late for appointment. Strongly suggest should have a sign to show people which train will leave first.
I have had very good experiences with some great drivers and unbearably bad experiences with others. To be stuck in a cab DURING COVID with a senior next to me coughing non stop without a mask or any attempt to cover his mouth was the last straw. Guess what? I caught it and you can guess the rest. NEVER AGAIN. Revision: Circumstances have gotten significantly worse since I stopped using Calgary Access. Had a severe fall in February 2025 and am in constant pain 24/7. I am so very thankful and grateful for Calgary Transit Access. I do not take this service lightly. I am very thankful for the drivers and the dispatchers and the staff who have helped me and also the Customer Service Department. I am also very grateful for the personnel who have interviewed me and have approved me for this wonderful service.
