The buses often arrive late or leave earlier than scheduled. The drivers usually drive roughly and are not very friendly. Bus stops in different cities are often moved to another location, and it’s hard to find where they actually are. I think even one star would be too much for this company.
Not bad buses. And high number of seatings. Trains are great. Small buses need more maintenance. Large buses however need a double decker.
The Worst LRT system in the world? No gate at the entrances and some people just get on it without paying. Also no gate or barrier from the platform to the tracks(already people fell onto the tracks by people pushed from behind). Why not set up gates at entrance(pay to enter instead of hiring ticket inspectors? Inspectors can only inspect 1 car each station because the cars are separated).
