Pathetic for a million plus city! If it snows it doesn't work, if it rains it doesn't work, heatwave, guess what, it doesn't work... I lived in various countries, mostly in the southern hemisphere in "developping" countries, always used public transport, but this one takes the cake: the freaking worst ever! Do better, it won't be hard!!!
The buses often arrive late or leave earlier than scheduled. The drivers usually drive roughly and are not very friendly. Bus stops in different cities are often moved to another location, and it’s hard to find where they actually are. I think even one star would be too much for this company.
Not bad buses. And high number of seatings. Trains are great. Small buses need more maintenance. Large buses however need a double decker.
