Not being able to call to make an appointment is unnecessarily hard for someone already in a difficult situation.

We are on income support because it is very difficult to find work. We were called yesterday by someone and had made an appointment the next day with the worker and it was scheduled for 10:30am the next day to update our profile. We have been waiting for 2 1/2 hours now for the phone call appointment. This is insanity! When an appointment is scheduled with a case worker and the case worker is late it looks very unprofessional! Seriously the government needs to really deal with the lack of professionalism!

I can't complain, I would have been in a far worse place without income support from these guys. I do wish they had an awnsering service or a call back option.. or something. These folks are clearly underfunded and overworked, (like many government orginisations), but It seemed like they were doing there best. They eventuly hooked my up with an orginisation that was very helpfull in finding employment.
