I’ve purchased a few bikes through Calgary Cycle, and it has always been a good experience. The last purchase had a few frustrations. Within minutes of giving them that feedback, their service manager reached out to me to see if there was something he could do. His response ended up going beyond my expectations. With so many options out there, great customer service makes a company stand out, even more when it’s in response to a problem. That puts them as number one in my opinion, and will keep me coming back.
The staff were very helpful/ knowledgeable & the shop is HUGE. really good supply of everything for cycling. Good stuff
Always the quickest repairs. Both times when I went there to get my tube replaced, they did it in a matter of minutes, they adjusted my brakes for no charge. Very reliable 👍
