Excellent selection of bikes and a fantastic service department. Special shout out to Marc who is very knowledgeable and was of great assistance in helping secure warranty coverage for a bike frame replacement I highly recommend Calgary Cycle Southwood
I’ve used this bike shop for years and keep coming back. Yesterday I needed a small part and called them just before closing. They found the part and put it up at the front counter for me so it was ready when I came in just before closing. They are always friendly and do their best to help me out even for the seemingly smallest thing. It’s the extra effort on these small things that make me come in for the big things. They try their best no matter what it’s for. Thank you again for the great service and going the extra mile!
Very good
Friendly knowledgeable staff
