My wife and two daughters are taking me on a bike trip tomorrow for Father's day. We are going to Johnston Canyon from the edge of Banff, 25 km each way, road currently closed to cars, very beautiful. My wife just noticed that her front brake pads were rubbing metal on metal. I went in today with her bike and was at the door 5 minutes before opening. I plead my case to Carson. Newer store I didn’t know was there until I was looking for something for my Trek bike when this store came up. Being closest to my home I picked it to go to. The 2 ladies at the front desk welcomed me when I walked in & the one that helped me was knowledgeable & made my decision easier to choose. Thank you & I will be back & have already told a couple people about this store.
Very pleased with the support I received. A staff member saved me $150.00 with his advice. And because Calgary Cycle deals with the FAZUA Ride 60 I will definitely be back to have it serviced. Plus I got a great deal on a new Fox jersey.
This place is amazing, I went to another bike shop when Calgary cycle was closed one day, what a bad choice! At this other shop, I was given 4 days for the bike to be fixed and all these extra things the bike needed. It felt like there was more wrong then what I presumed was wrong, then I was getting pressured to buy a new bike. So after 4 days and still it hadn’t been fixed I went picked up the bike took it to Calgary cycle and in the same day (3-4hrs) and less then half of $$ what I was quoted to fix my bike at the other p... read more
Great service I don't know anything about my bike except that it has pedals and gears but knew it needed some love. It rides great now and looks fab 👌
