I booked my bike for a tune-up, because it was making a lot of noise when I was changing gears. Mark put it up on the stand and checked everything out, got rid of the noise, and lubed the chain. AND, showed me how to properly lube the chain in the future. Very pleasant and professional to deal with, and didn’t keep me in for a full tune-up, which I appreciate. Some stores might do that anyway, but my dealings with Calgary Cycle - Southwood have always been very positive. Highly recommend them!
Went in for parts and the service was great!
Appreciate the Technician problems solving issues with my brake pads. As well as helping me to find the right size of tube for my road bike. As always, great service and good pricing. Take my bike here for all of their tuneups and repairs. Would highly recommend this bike shop.
