I've been a customer for many years, right back to when they first opened up in Millrise. Their friendly service and knowledge is the reason I have bought over 10 bikes from them. I highly recommend buying a bike here. Update. Aug 30 2025. Even though they have moved I am still a loyal fan. They just sis an awesome tuneup on my old bike and it feels like new. But yeah, I’m still buying me another new bike in the next few days.
We came in for a small part and the service guy was super helpful and we left with the part so happy customers.
Great place to have your bike serviced. The process was convenient and seamless. Called and made an appointment, dropped of the bike the night before and picked it up the next day. I had the Blue Level service as my bike needed some care. During the drop off inspection, I was told the few parts that needed to replaced. Upon riding the serviced bike, I was thrilled that all the scraping, squealing and other noises and annoyances are all gone. The ride better than ever and practically silently. I stopped by to have my gears re-indexed after an un-successful attempt to do it on my own. They promptly adjusted the gears for me and walked me through where I may have gone wrong with my attempts. The service was prompt, I was treated respectfully, they were very helpful and it was reasonably priced. Thank you!
