Shad new tires installed on my bike today, service was fast prompt and friendly. Even did a quick once over on the bike and tighten a loos crank bolt on the right side. Top marks to the guys in service and front desk
I really appreciate Calgary Cycle (Bow Trail) for their honest and thorough repair service. I took in an adult bike and three cheap kids bikes. The technician explained the problem with the kids’ bikes and that two of them weren’t likely worth the cost of the repairs needed. He fixed the other one on the spot and didn’t charge me for any of the kids’ bikes because, he said, “he didn’t really do much.” He gave an accurate cost estimate for the repairs my bike needed and it was ready for pick up the next day as promised. I loved the service .. Matt , the technician that help me did his best to accommodate my request and find the part . Even when the part was confirmed to not be the right one, I was able to find the right part and they could work to replace my bottom bracket in time for my ride this weekend . Thanks for the service
