Super helpful and great bike selection. A beautiful store with easy parking! What more do you want?
I'm fairly new to cycling and recently took up the hobby of taking bikes apart and upgrading them. Over the past month, I've visited four different stores more than 20 times. While I have nothing negative to say about the others (they were all good too), but Calgary Cycle—despite being the farthest from home—stands out for its personalized service and for being so friendly and helpful to a newcomer. I highly recommend them.
Recently bought a bike here. I said I wanted a basic hybrid bike and they sold me a mountain bike. Was hoping there would be some end of season deals but there wasn’t. When I went to pick the bike up the brakes weren’t working and I brought it to their attention. They seemed upset I even brought it up and fixed it slightly. The staff mentioned I would need to upgrade to disc brakes if I wanted them to work properly. Nice clean store nonetheless
Amazing service and super speedy!! I can always rely on Calgary Cycle to fix my ride so I can get back on the road asap!
The service department was very obliging and took care of the service on bike while I waited. I will return for all future work that I need.
