Friendly, helpful and skilled staff. Both our bikes could be fixed while we waited. We also got a new bike and that was a good experience as well. Will visit again.

I rented an e-bike from Calgary cycle on bow Trail. They were very nice made sure I got what was right for me. Adjusted everything so I was comfortable. Calgary cycle was the most reasonable price for renting e-bikes in Calgary. I would definitely rent from Calgary cycle again
Just want to give a big shout out to the service staff at Calgary Cycle. I was trying to install a kickstand on a bicycle and it felt like it should have taken an hour out of my morning but after a couple of trips to the shop because I purchased the wrong type of kickstand, I hit my breaking point when I had difficulty trying to install it and couldn’t find a company website to find instructions and couldn’t figure out what all the pieces were for. I brought a wheel and tire in that could possibly need repairing. The service clerk looked at it and discovered it simply needed to be tightened and charged me nothing for it. Could have tried to get money out of me, but didn’t.
