Great service and friendly staff!
So today I showed up at the store and there were a couple of cars parked by the door, it was 11am, so I assumed they were open (having not checked their website first, my error). As I was walking to the door an individual opened the sliding doors with her hands and left. So I figured the doors must be broken.as she had small things in her hands, so I started to try to open them. My chain broke on the commute back home from work and so I made a call to see if I could come in and get it assessed, despite it being close to closing time and this happening of nowhere. Very fortunate that I was within 30 minutes walking distance, so I walked with my bike there. The service team kindly accepted my last minute request and fixed my bike up within 10 minutes! Just called these people and they just told me that they won't even do a bike tune-up (chain/oiling/brakes, ect) unless I already bought the bike there? Why would I want to go to your shop then?
