Only in Canada can you call a crisis line and say I am sorry I don’t understand you. Because only in Canada is a good idea for someone in crisis to not only deal with the issue but the person who cannot speak English! Best was when she hung up on me because I was frustrated I could not understand her and I asked for someone else. Thus she hung up. Maybe a manager will think how emotional those that call this line are and make sure they speak English. Again…..only in

I wish I could give less stars cause I'd give minus 5!!! This place is a waste of time my daughter had a referral for this place and after her intake they decided it wouldn't be a good fit?!??! How do you come to this conclusion after meeting someone for maybe 40 minutes as this Carmen Littlechild did?? Like she asked barley anything to my daughter pretty much her name what she likes to do, like just meeting my daughter how can come up with that it's not a good support?!? I'm pretty sure people go to casa for a VERY specific... read more

Cassa and its employees are responsible for failure to notify me of serious security breaches to my information and technology causing further risk to me and my family of being attacked. They knowingly left us at risk which caused irrepreable damages. I would suggest Danielle Aubrey think about paying restitution for this. Unless she would care for further action and media attention.
