I usually enjoy shopping at Co-op, but I had a disappointing experience recently. I purchased a cake and accidentally left it at the cashier. When I went back to ask about it, staff quickly said they didn’t see it without properly checking with the cashier or other employees. I would have appreciated more effort and understanding in handling my concern. The lack of communication and attention was upsetting, and I hope customer service can improve in situations like this.
Your customer service representatives are very unprofessional. If you are going to lock your bathrooms, have the key easily accessible to all staff for your customers. We were paying for groceries and I approached the customer service desk to ask for the key. He was busy so I asked another staff member in front of the desk and got told "she can't just go behind the counter and get the key".
