I rarely go to co-op due to its high prices but sometimes I still.go there for certain products and when I am ready to pay for my things I usually go to self check out. It bothers me that the self check out attendant watches me closely when I am.s anning my things. There would be other people there,.but tbe focus is on me and no doubt it is because I am an Indigenous woman. I've never stolen anything so I do not understand why I am being watched like I am going to steal.

Unnecessary confrontation by your staff is the reason for this negative review. Usually no problems here but twice now till workers have become nasty over the fact we use your paper or plastic bags for our bulk stuff instead of the heavy clamshell container. Less container, less cost… pretty straight forward. Most recent excuse was saying their scale won’t pick up the weight without the bigger container. Funny how I can buy one tablespoon of bulk spices in a plastic bag @ 30g and your scale picks it up no problem. If your st... read more

I ordered a blue cake and received a pink cake for my son's birthday. The attitude from the bakery manager is worse than the mistake with the cake.
