Very useless organization. This office is extremely chaotic and poorly managed. The people working here have very little understanding of proper management, and they are completely incapable of organizing, planning, or executing their tasks and programs. Hello, I am a new Permanent Resident in Calgary. I visited your office the other day and had a very negative experience with one of your counselors his name is petros and his is on 5th Floor. He was arrogant and intimidating, making me feel unwelcome instead of supported. I hope you can address this issue so other newcomers don't experience the same.
