I want there for helping a newcomers refugees. The refugees I am talking about two women with no English. The old lody is special need. I tried to get help printing documents for them and book an appontment for them. The lady in the reception rejected to help. Also she was rude. I recommend the high level in ccis look in these kind of issues.
Thank you CCIS. Thank you teacher Reihan.
