Job was completed on time and without any issues - good folks to work with!
My review is a bit late but I wanted to be sure to leave one as Heinz and his team were incredible. We purchased a new home in June and Heinz and his team went above and beyond to have our blinds installed on our possession day. Also, Heinz noticed that some of the blinds were not measured exactly right and he approached me about having them switched out, I didn't have to ask. I thought this was truly incredible service. I highly recommend Calgary Blinds and Shutters.
This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a “premium” product that was supposed to be high-quality, but what I got was something you could buy at a dollar store. It was poorly packaged, damaged, and didn’t work at all. When I contacted support, they asked me to send multiple pictures and videos, which I did, but then they went silent. I can’t even begin to describe how awful my experience was. The product I ordered arrived late, broken, and missing pieces. The instructions were impossible to follow, and when I reached out for help, customer service didn’t respond for days. When they finally did, their tone was dismissive and unhelpful. This company is a nightmare. I ordered three items, and only one arrived — and even that one was damaged. The packaging looked like it had been kicked around for days. I emailed customer service repeatedly, but they took forever to respond, and when they did, their reply made no sense. They refused to resend the missing items or issue a refund.
