I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I placed an order for sofas about a month and half ago, and still haven't received them. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told that delivery would take around one month. Since then, we have visited the store twice to follow up and each time I was given false promises and no clear updates. "I'm having issues with Best Buy Calgary. They didn't deliver on time and are trying to charge me 40% more. They don't even deliver on time and are trying to rip off innocent people. I'll talk to the police or file a court case if they rip me off again. Last time, they quoted me $800 for a bed, but now they're offering $400 per small bed. They're lying to us. I avoid sharing bad reviews, however this time was very disappointing. Met a salesman on my first visit he was very helpful and accommodative, along with the owner. However my second visit the who called himself the manger, as I would rather not mention names, and the sales lady were very disrespectful. She was on her phone and sarcastic, and he after signing on receipt and paying, threw the papers on the table and left. Absolutely not acceptable.
