I recently purchased a sofa set and coffee table set from Best Buy Furniture, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience! From placing the order to the final delivery, everything went smoothly and exactly as promised. The customer service was excellent, and the team truly delivered on their commitment. Really amazing service and very reasonable prices. A very welcoming environment and a great collection of furniture. All our furniture was from Calgary Best Buy furniture so strongly recommend! Must visit!
What a shame on after sale service. They refuse to find their records of sale so they don’t have to replace our $1100 worth of garbage mattress. Just simply asking for receipts after few years to help the customer doesn’t put you in the business for the customer service. Everyone should avoid this place and go for some genuine furniture shop in the city where at least you can have some sort of the customer service.
Very good experience, specially thanks to Narinder guy who give the bedt deal and guide to choice the sofa set. Very friendly nature of all staff, huge variety of sofa sets according to your choice. I reccomend all people to buy your furniture from this shop. Thanks to best buy staff who give a best deal to bright our home with sofa set
