Caleb was great to work with and was able to get us the best rate for our loan. The approval process was not as smooth as I believed it should have been. With us putting 60% down, I don’t believe the scrutiny on where our funds came from should have been so invasive. Also, did not like getting texts requesting information when this should all have been through the portal. With all that I appreciate the effort to get the loan approved within a tight timeframe for closing.
