Extremely disappointed with Caldwell Transportation’s handling of student transportation. My daughter has repeatedly waited an hour or longer for her bus, both before and after school, without any warning or communication to parents. Most recently, she was removed from an overcrowded bus because there was no room and told she would have to wait at the junior high until the other routes were completed and someone could return for her. Caldwell Transportation provided excellent service for Christina and Joe’s wedding. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and prompt. The driver was highly professional and navigated the schedule flawlessly. They made wedding day transit completely stress-free!

My 3 year old was forgotten today. They picked him up from school and simply forgot he was on the bus. My babysitter had to spend a half hour or so trying to figure out where he even was. When she finally found him, they said "whoops, he just got to ride around town with us." I've heard horror stories about kids being forgot about before the school year started but I'm still baffled at how you lose track of a child on a bus.
