Caldwell Transportation provided excellent service for Christina and Joe’s wedding. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and prompt. The driver was highly professional and navigated the schedule flawlessly. They made wedding day transit completely stress-free!
Does anyone even work here??? Never once has anyone answered the phone
My 3 year old was forgotten today. They picked him up from school and simply forgot he was on the bus. My babysitter had to spend a half hour or so trying to figure out where he even was. When she finally found him, they said "whoops, he just got to ride around town with us." I've heard horror stories about kids being forgot about before the school year started but I'm still baffled at how you lose track of a child on a bus.
Since they don't think Facebook reviews count, I'll go ahead and pop a Google one on here. So this company will annihilate signs with your children on board and then blame them. They will give you the runaround on any answers you might need. They will deflect deflect deflect. They have written that 99.9% of the complaints that they get, they didn't even respond to or care about. The attitude is "meh".
