IVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THIS DMV FOR OVER 3 WEEKS AND NOT ONE PERSON HAS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. CALLED REGIONAL MANAGER KEVIN AND HE STATED THAT HE CAN NEVER GET AHOLD OF THEM EITHER. SO THAT WAS VERY HELPFUL. SUPER PROFESSIONAL. DO BETTER.

Apparently someone new is in charge, never had any issues before, now it’s extremely slow. Yesterday, stood here for an hour cuz I’m getting title work done. Meanwhile, two employees are just sitting there cuz they’re only doing registration. Only one person does titles now, so we all have to stand in line forever.
