I've been calling everyday for a week. And no one will answer the phone!!! You get pay to do!! SMDH
Apparently someone new is in charge, never had any issues before, now it’s extremely slow. Yesterday, stood here for an hour cuz I’m getting title work done. Meanwhile, two employees are just sitting there cuz they’re only doing registration. Only one person does titles now, so we all have to stand in line forever. So the website says you open at 8am to 4:30 pm. I was waiting outside this morning to get my license plates and as soon as the door opened at 8am I walked towards the door and the lady opening it to go in says we don't open til 9am, I said your website says 8am you need to change the time on your website then. So frustrated 😠
Not only is it impossible to get ahold of someone through the phone, they also don’t care one bit if they mess up your stuff, and most of the time they have an attitude.
