I think it's really strange that there are so many negative reviews for this business! I have been working with Abu at Caldec for the last few months and I have been very impressed both by the customer service and the quality of their work.
Horrible quality of product and service. Not only was the product delayed, but the print job was not even close to matching the original bottle. Additionally, the printing on the bottle rubbed off under normal handling.
Get my bottles screen printed here. Have been doing business with the company for about 6 years now. Current owners have been just as helpful as the previous owners. Never had a problem, and the quality has remained consistent.
The owners are constantly lying and making excuses for the horrible job they did on my bottles and they refuse to refund my money. I came to them with a timeline which was 30 days the bottles were still blank after they delayed it another 3 days and they started on the print the day before my event so the ink was not dry the day of my event my business name was not visible and bar codes were smudged together.
