Avoid nirajan… totally unprofessional… creating problems which didn’t exist before and charging a least double money and still not doing his job what I don’t understands

Mr Niranjin is very professional accountant and provided advise accurately regarding my situation. I’m happy with the service and willing to keep him as my accountant in the future.
Very disappointed with the service!! I met Mr. Niranjan in 2021 before returning to my home country to lodge my tax. He charged me $300 and assured me the tax would be lodged, and I’d receive a letter from the ATO. However, I never received any letter. And I’ve recently realised that he never lodged it. So, I contacted him recently about the missed lodgement, he denied it and eventually blocked my number. I have chat history as proof, but he keeps asking for a receipt.
