Very disappointed with the service!! I met Mr. Niranjan in 2021 before returning to my home country to lodge my tax. He charged me $300 and assured me the tax would be lodged, and I’d receive a letter from the ATO. However, I never received any letter. And I’ve recently realised that he never lodged it. So, I contacted him recently about the missed lodgement, he denied it and eventually blocked my number. I have chat history as proof, but he keeps asking for a receipt. Don't have expertise for company tax accounting. The owner of the company has focus on legal domain. The actual people who do company tax accounting are novice and they just focus on the GST component and ignore the PAYG W/H to pay for the financial year end. They have absolutely no idea of company tax accounting, IS, BS, various ASIC/ATO penalties and PSI rules etc. If you don't want to put your PTY LTD PSI structure in jeopardy STAY away from Calculus.
We have been a happy customer for 3 years now and will continue to be. Straight forward and sound advice everytime. Highly recommended!
