Very happy with MCC Tax Experts. Second year I have used them to file our taxes and everything went smooth. I particularly like their online communication / workflow tool. Very easy to use / navigate with email notification for all steps. Will use them again next tax season.
I was a bit anxious not working directly with DeeAnne at tax time this year. Michael is her go to in Surprise which is where I live and so more convenient for me to interact there. He turned out to be great to work with. He made some solid suggestions which I'm sure saved me some taxes. We're going to follow up after tax season so he can teach me how to keep better records and, hopefully, save even more money in 2027. Thanks MCC Tax Experts.
I have had MCC tax Experts assist us for four tax years. They have done an outstanding job each time. I highly recommend utilizing their expertise.
The person I met with was new and very personable; however, he didn't know anything about taxes. He was there to just take information to give to the tax preparer. And, when the taxes were done he was there just to tell me what I owed and get payment for preparing the taxes. I was rushed to sign and then when I got home I found some mistakes. When I told the tax preparer about it he said it wouldn't be worth doing an amendment since what they charge to do it would be about the same amount as to what I would get back. If you ... read more
