I've been a Member at the Calcite Credit Union (now Alpena-Alcona Area Credit Union) since 1976. I've gotten several loans and even financed my house with them. I financed a tractor a couple of years ago and the loan application process was super easy and done online. I didn't even have to leave my house! Was a great credit union until they decided to merge with aaacu. Been a member for over 20yrs. Seriously considering closing my account now.
Like the friendly staff. Always helpful and knowledgeable. No long wait times, quick service. Drive-thru available. Open til 5 everyday...closed Saturdays.
