I’m not sure why I have to resort to leaving reviews on google to get an answer from this man but he had delayed my closing by over 6 weeks. We were due to close January 22 and it is now March 5. He doesn’t answer the phone or email, leaves things unattended for weeks and has ruined the last 2 months of my life when I have been prepared for purchase with funds and appropriate documents since Thanksgiving 2024! Had a family member hire Calcagno and Associates after my good review. I wanted to update my review because of this. I hired Colcagno and Associates for the closing of my house and had no issues. However, my family hired him for dealing with an issue with a deceased family members estate. My family member had a very frustrating experience.
