Dr. Woodford is truly amazing! I always love my acupuncture and cupping sessions. In addition to being an expert in her field, she is also the most wonderful person to be around. Her energy can truly turn your day around. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had such an amazing experience. It was my first time ever trying acupuncture and cupping. Dr Sheila made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Her space is super peaceful and very clean. She was very thorough in what exactly we were doing and targeting specific areas. I already feel great and I'm so excited to be doing this more often. I cannot wait to start feeling better and this is the perfect start.
Dr.Woodford is an amazing acupuncturist. She is intuitive and direct with her healing approach. Her variety of healing treatments makes you feel refreshed, comforted, and on the right path to your best self. She is truly has a magic touch.
Sheila is the friend you never knew you needed but now can't live without. Visiting her is always the best part of my week. She helped me on my journey through my second pregnancy, aiding with body pain from chasing a toddler and carrying a child, restless legs, and prepped my body for the most seamless delivery.
