Terrible communication, never called back about information needed. When they bought the loan or whatever— everything went haywire! I didn’t know who the company was or anything. Emails came with a name and. It a business.

They will raise yo interest rate without knowledge
I purchased my car through a buy here pay here lot in 2021. The original company I made payments to went under and sold my account to Adonis. I pd off my car to Adonis last year and have all receipts. I came home from work and my car is gone. Did a police report and found out Cal Tennessee repoed my car. I’ve contacted every number possible and no one has info on my account. I searched their website and found my account under their company, showing I owe $900 to them. Honestly, this company is a JOKE! I do not recommend anyone to use them UNLESS your credit is extremely poor or "YOU'RE" just looking for a ride. My car-loan was not processed correctly from the very beginning. I'm not even sure if my car is in my name or not TBH, considering the fact that my fiance co-signed with me & I have yet to see a 2014 Dodge Charger on any credit of mines.
