Cal Poly Gear This is a great place to get Cal Poly apparel, bumper stickers, mugs, etc. that's conveniently located in the middle of downtown next to Bali's. It has mostly the same things as the store on campus, but is less crowded.

Same as on campus without the lines! The downtown shop is great because they have all the same stuff as the campus shop without any lines. And the prices are the same too. I've also found the employees to be much more helpful. Very convenient when you want to get a Poly item as a gift!

Bookstore If you don't want to go to campus hit up downtown. Never long line with most of the same merchandise you can find on campus. But you can also find the beer, and shot glasses they can't sell on campus.

Great idea! This shop is great because it is right downtown where you can just walk around and shop. They have all of the university clothing, license plates, calendars, and everything else with the University name on them. They have the same stuff that the actual university has, but you don't have to go on campus to get it. It can be difficult to navigate the unviersity campus, so if you are a parent or someone else that is just looking for a gift and don't want to have to go on campus, this is great because you can do all ... read more
