Hello Does anyone know if cal coast credit service went out of business
Please be mentally prepared before speaking with Ron Jones. He is completely unprofessional, and I truly feel empathy for ANY human that must interact with this individual. He will use threatening language and tone, berate you if you ask any questions for clarity and will hang up on you but will have a surprising change of demeanor when you are ready to provide payment.
I had a medical emergency last year while I was out of town. I received a bill from emergency services where they had a link to a portal where I can enter my insurance information- so I did. I then got a bill from Cal Coast Credit Services saying I never paid. I let them know what happened and I had to toggle back and forth from insurance, to emergency services to them. A man called regarding a bill that had gone to collections that I never even knew existed and he screamed at me on the phone. Wildly unprofessional. This company is also refusing to send me information on the bill.
I am so thankful to have called and been to connected to Ron Jones! I had an old medical bill dragging down my otherwise great credit and needed to take care of it ASAP. Mr. Jones kindly and without judgement explained the situation to me with clear steps on how to pay and repair. I started the conversation super nervous and ended feeling settled.
