I leased a vehicle through CAL Automotive and upon return to a Hyundai dealer, I was tricked into a new lease with a "bait and switch" scheme as it related to the monies that would be owed once the returned car was inspected. I worked with Maria Caruso, the Collections Manager at CAL Auto and she was amazing. She helped me lower the amount owed and worked with me to accommodate a payment plan that was much needed due to a loss of employment. I can't thank her enough. Called about my end of lease payoff.....Marrisa was my jedi master. She called me everyday to update me on the status of my payoff for almost 2 weeks ,Finally it was done and she handled it. She should be teaching others the way it is done total master of her craft.

After reading all the negative reviews about extra charges after lease return, I decided not to risk it and buy my car out(overpriced). P.s. they charge you.a buyout fee 500$ just to keep the car..never heard of it. Go with another lender. Read reviews and don't trust "low" rates.
