Customer service was terrible. Every year billing would misapply excise tax payments and send additional demands. They had applied excise payments to the regular lease payment. This took an incredibly long time to rectify. Lease was turned in well under mileage and in pristine condition, hit with costly turn-in fee. When I inquired further on the fee the representative told me “dont pay it- it’s only your credit that will be impacted…” Really? This is how you treat a recurring customer? Stay away from this company , they will charge you 10 or 20 times what the cost would be to fix anything,I had a 2 inch strip on my front bumper with flaked paint and they charged me 1800.00 to replace the whole bumper , it was a faulty paint job from the factory not excessive wear, do not deal with these people. They are dishonest, read all of the reviews everyone has had the same problem stay away.They should be investigated by the AG they are a rip off.
