I wish they had a zero option. The person answering the phones should be fired. This man was rude and asked if was even qualified to buy such supplies.
Called in to ask some questions about fire rated dampers for a project. The “gentleman” answering the phone was very rude from the get go and two questions in condescending mentioned that he’s on the phone with a client and he can’t help me. How about put me on hold or grab my number and call me back? It’s called customer service. Must have been a warehouse guy filling in for the real sales person.
