I was first introduced to Cakes by Jane at a family gathering. Blown away by the taste. I love the lemon, it pops on your mouth with lemon goodness. I’ve since had the pleasure of having one gifted to me and promptly sent one to my family in NJ. I’m happy to see this is a local NC business, and I will support whenever I need a cake for an event. Ships quick and the packaging in premium. Just be careful, you will eat the entire cake in 3 days so make sure you share with friends and family.
I dropped off an Amazon order and Melissa, was kind enough to gift me two cake slices. HOLY COW, I’ve had a lot of cakes and am a baking enthusiast myself. THESE ARE THE BEST CAKES I HAVE EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH. I’m so impressed, even my cat devoured the little piece I gave to her, and didn’t leave a crumb behind. Not only will Melissa greet you with a kind heart, she will also bake you a cake that tastes like Heaven. I will forever order all of my cakes from Cakes By Jane, nothing tops them.

The lemon blueberry cake is HEAVEN. Received it as a Christmas gift and I’m blown away with how delicious this is! Unreal!
