We had my cake and cupcakes, for my 50th birthday ordered here. Cake was not decorated how we wanted, it did not have the lemon filling and it was VERY dry and full of holes. Half the cupcakes were left over because nobody liked them. The lady has a google number, so she picks and chooses who to accept calls from. I understand that there's such a thing as a bad batch, but a business woman should be able to stand by her product. Unprofessional is an understatement. One thing a customer should always be able to fall back on is good customer service, and this business lacks that as well as consistency in their skill.
