Alissa made our wedding cake for our celebration in Warrensburg NY in Sept. 2025. It was absolutely perfect! We did a tasting with her first and picked the cake, frosting, and flavors we wanted. We went with a birch bark design and she even added our initials "carved" into the tree. She dropped it off earlier in the day and we were blown away when we saw it for the reception. Working with Alissa was very easy! She helped us pick the perfect cake for our wedding and delivered it to the venue. Not only was it beautiful but everyone raved about the taste. She even included a small anniversary cake which was the sweetest!
