Order from 9/28/2025 First of all, the order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 4pm. I call exactly at that time and they tell me it needs an extra 30mins. I called back at 5pm and they started saying how it’s “really busy on a Saturday” and they had to “spend more time” as I requested vanilla buttercream that doesn’t use vanilla extract due to it containing alcohol. Absolutely the best cake I ever had in Texas.. from flavor well balanced sweetness, to design, price, Excellent customer service, close by from all areas of the Dallas/ Forth Worth Texas. Beautiful and clean shop, cheese cakes are absolutely DELICIOUS. My daughter loved it Soo much , frosting and even the fondue not overly sweet the design to the point.. only observation is the towers were not made of marshmallow or eatable it was cardboard and fondue around it . Ordered a cake from here a few weeks ago for my birthday. It was super short notice, but they got me a cake that was beyond words delicious. Normally I just get cake from the store bur felt like going all out this year, and this cake didn’t disappoint! All of my friends and family were obsessed with how soft and flavorful it was. My daughter and I had the Bridgerton High Tea for Two Experience at Cake-Aholics and we loved every minute! The rainy day was perfect for this intimate tea time. The shop is clean and beautiful and the staff is was so warm and welcoming! Our tea time was at 11am and everything was already set up when we arrived. Very clean store. We decided to try something new (burnt out on bundts!) cake-aholics did not disappoint! Got a twelve pack after testing a strawberry cupcake and a vanilla cupcake. Delicious!
