Matthew listens to your design vision and executes it flawlessly! My favorite cake flavor of his is snickerdoodle, but all the flavors I tried during the tasting were incredible. I love that he uses Italian meringue buttercream because it lightens the cake up so that you don’t have the heavy sweetness of traditional buttercream.
