I cannot recommend Caitlin enough!!! She is a realestate Sherpa. She guided us thru the confusing world of assessments, inspections, lawyers, and the heaps of paperwork. The very few areas where she is not an absolute expert! aren't a problem because she will build you an absolute dream team of incredible people with the knowledge, experience, passion, and efficiency everyone should have behind them when making a commitment the size of a house. 100/10 would recommend Everyone should have a Caitlin in their corner

Caitlin went above and beyond while helping me and my fiancé figure out buying our first home and getting pre approved. No matter the question, the time or the day she was always there to help us and answer all our questions. My partner and I bought our first home together and didn't use a realtor. We have said it over and over again that we could not have bought our first home without Caitlin. She didn't just help get our mortgage, she helped us communicate with the lawyers, stepped in to talk to the sellers when they had questions, she let us call her constantly to explain to us what was going on because we didn't have a clue.
