Since it has been switched to Caisse alliance from the affiliation they had with Desjardins I am unable to make mobile deposits and the app is always glitching. When calling for help no one really seems to have any idea of what's going on or when something will be fixed. Will be needing to change banks unfortunately.
Your new update is awful I have to put every etransfer contact back in! The dashboard is confusing now.Most of your clients are seniors that aren't tec savvy. I think I am going to use BMO again and close my accounts with you.
