“ No Stars “ should be an option. The staff and manager that was there previously would work with you and let payments slide for a day or so and would also lend you a couple hundred dollars to help get you out of a pinch. Now you can’t get a dime or any sort of help or work around to get you through the week or get you home when you are stranded on the highway. Sylvie was great to work with. I've been with Caisse for a few years now and I always have good service and the staff are friendly 😊 My only complaint is when I go to cash my paycheck, usually at lunchtime, there's only one teller open and that means a big lineup. It would be awesome if they would keep 2 tellers open all day to help with that. Otherwise a very nice place to bank.
