Every time I come here I end up waiting in line for over half an hour. Since the merge I have not been able to access my online account and no one has made any attempts to help me or get back to me, I’ve called multiple times, spent hours on the phone with technical support and gone in person, no one is able to find a solution or care to explain what happens next therefore I will be closing my account and going elsewhere. They are very Shakey. We have our mortgage with them at the moment. I banked with Caisse for 30 years and the last ten have been difficult to say the least. Our last mortgage was a subdivision and it's been strange that they won't discharge our one property when we owe nothing on it. We could be putting a mortgage on it so we could make extra money on our paid off property. Since the Caisse merged (as well as the Entegra Credit Union) with Assinaboine Credit Union ACU you no longer speak to someone at the branch ...if you have a question about the Branch your call goes to a call center ....yeah and they know less about the branch than you do ....sometimes the people on the other end of the phone have an adequate grasp of the English language ... the Manjtoba credits union used to pride themselves with the local personal touch with people unlike Canada's National Banks .....but sadly, we as shar... read more
