I have never experiences such bad service. anywhere in the world! I called to speak to someone at the 11 King St W branch but my call went to a call centre. I tried 3 times but 3 times was td that my call could not be connected with the branch, that I would have to wait for a call back in 48 hours. I called back the following day. Same response.
