Have seen many psychologist, psychiatrist, and different holistic therapist. Jo is by far the best I have ever seen. Has vast knowledge of all different types of therapies and takes the time to get to know and understand what your needs are and best practices to get that for you, doesn’t watch the clock and genuinely cares about your mental health and wellbeing, you aren’t just a client number. Jo is always accessible anytime after consults to assist if needed as well for peace of mind.
