They have called our company repeatedly over a "debt" we don't even have, thus breaking the law, even after being told verbally & with proof in writing that no such debt exists. SCAM. Report them!

His "Go To" line was "I guess I will just hand it over to the attorneys"...I called you...I agreed to pay you....I made my payments on time...but you still wanted to belittle, manipulate and threaten me on multiple occations....NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! Your senior agent is extremely unprofessional. She answered thinking i was a dispatcher and said "no when its time to go its time to go". Transferring me 4 times to be told yall can't find my account. Never had to argue to try and pay a debt before. This place is a joke.
Just found out I owed this debt after being rejected for an apartment. No contact by phone, text, email, or mail otherwise.
this company never sent me a notice, that I had a collections account. instead they reported me to all 3 credit reporting bureaus, I'm in the process of buying a house, and it dropped my credit across the bored! now I'm at a panic because of these people, I hope nobody else goes through what this company has put me through because of this situation.
