Compassion, empathy, persistence, motivated, caretaker, experienced, understanding, protective. I didn't realize how emotional my case would be. Advertised as a Veterans Attorney on NOVA (National organization of Veterans associates) but Refused to help me. I will not remove my 1 star rating until I’m either helped by them or they are removed from NOVA AND they update their website and redact the part where it claims to help veterans. I hope they are guided accordingly.
