I haven't been to the studio myself but I was at my daughter's school picture day and the photographer was so helpful and sweet with the kids. The website for ordering pictures is straightforward and the reminder emails I have gotten for ordering pictures have been so helpful.
My daughter's senior pictures with her cap and gown turned out horrible! I can not believe the photographer didnt do better and there isn't an option to do a retake. This is a huge milestone and we are nothing but disappointed with the experience!
Exceptional customer service! I was offered a free educator package from Cahill, but mine never arrived. Customer service immediately sent one out. They were very kind and courteous. I still give my mom a school picture each year :) and was thankful to carry on the tradition. The quality of the print was great, too. Way to go, Cahill!
over-priced!! Background choices average mediocre no options for grade or year backgrounds? Poses are never flattering and never any variety. Should be a minimum of 2 different poses and not just up close and further away. The pictures are always so blah Then got the nerve to offer free shipping as a deal lol with as much as they want for the packages that should be automatic. I personally only buy the high res digital copy with the pic release so and then do what I want with my kids photos it's the only way to go. And even ... read more
