I recently bought a new e-bike from this shop. They have been great with service and helping get some accessories ordered and installed. 100% satisfaction. Nice guys too!
Very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Their service is most superb, because of the willingness to beyond customer satisfaction. More was needed fixing on my Motobecane trail bike than what I expected, but they tuned it up perfectly without any time delay or outrageous labor cost.

My rear tire kept going flat. I carried my bike to Cahaba Cycles-Noccalula and the attendant stopped the technician and had him put a new tube on for me. Total repair time was not much more than 5 minutes. I was afraid my repair would be leaving my bike overnight but not so.
