I regret that I allowed my sister to talk me into this business services. DONNA is ver condescending, very rude, and maybe needs some coaching on what good customer services with clients look like. She’s very combative. She doesn’t follow through with pip claim reps, adjusters, etc: my case should’ve be closed. To say the least she had been the worse experience about this entire process. I would give more then a 5 star if I was aloud. My cousin referred me to Mr. Cagan in November when my son was in a accident. The past 5 months have been so easy working with Mr. Cagan and is paralegal Donna. They were very responsive to every email I have wrote and answered all questions including explaining to me every single detail of this process.
