I bought a rice ball. There was a promotion where you could get a drink for an extra RM0.99. When I went to pay, a Malay female employee forgot about the promotion and just paid. When I asked about the drink, she seemed surprised and said I should have told her in advance. I said I wanted a refund and to exchange it for the one with the drink, but she said it was already paid for and she couldn't exchange it...
