Would have rated it a 5 if the woman had not been 2 steps behind us all the way, felt so uncomfortable I had to tell her. She asked if she could help when we walked in which was fine, but she make us so uncomfortable we would not buy there because of experience, my husband & I could not even have a discussion in private, bad customer service
It was good experience
Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff.. went there to buy a set of lounge, spent there around 20 minutes, came out without buying as no one offered help/service. Ended up buying the same from another store as they were too good in customer service.
